- I'm a community advocate addressing families.Area of focus is poverty/oppression.I was homeless.I had to walk, rather "crawl" through every part of the system not as a crutch, but as a helping hand I continually "tried" to reach for, at times to no avail in order to rise above poverty!I allowed God to use the trials at times not fun to educate me about what works and doesn't.I've reviewed the TANF outline FFY 2009-FFY 2011 state plan.Federal guidelines have restricted the ability toefficiently help the poor.The blog will touch on why.Please feel free to read, comment,volunteer,vent,or leave your testimony here.
